How do I track my order?
Each order once completed, will receive a shipping notification including their tracking number. Go to www.usps.com and input your tracking number to get the updated information regarding your shipment.
If you need more assistance, please contact our customer service through the contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org and please be sure to include your order number and name so we can look up your order.
What are my delivery options?
Due to high volume of products being shipped out, items may take up to 3 business days to be shipped out. Customers will receive an email notifying them their order has been processed, and then again when the item has been shipped.
Domestic Orders: Orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered within 3-5 business days once shipped. If you choose expedited shipping your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days once its shipped.
International Orders: Orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days once shipped.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of processing it so that we can cancel the order. After, we cannot guarantee a cancellation in case it had already shipped.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our goods, there may be slight imperfections, pattern or color variations from one product to the next. These unique differences should not be considered flaws, but an essential part of your hand-crafted item. Please note that colors may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen.
Due to the fragile nature of our items, returns and/or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. We normally do not accept returns but in some cases will honor an exchange. All items must be unused and in brand new condition with any packaging or tags still attached. Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of the receipt or your item. If your item arrives defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt to resolve the issue. This does not include slight imperfections that are characteristic of handmade items.
Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Discount and coupon codes do not apply to this unless the item is on sale at the time of purchase.)
Please note: Shipping costs are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
We strongly encourage using delivery confirmation and tracking for your return package as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be processed within 3-5 business days, after which you will be refunded or emailed an electronic gift card for the amount of your original purchase price minus shipping charges; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return and exchange.
